01 Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses in the US.
  • If you are located outside this area and want to order from us. Please contact our customer support team, we will assist if we can deliver to your location.

02 Transportation Costs

  • We apply a flat shipping fee to each order, based on the delivery zone, product size and weight. Specific shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process and on your invoice.
  • More specifically for shipping cost for all existing orders: $6.99.
  • We process orders within 1 – 3 working days.
  • Shipping time is 15 – 20 working days.

03 Shipping Method

Bulk items, which are shipped “LTL” (less than truckload) to the delivery location, make up the majority of Apparel’s inventory. LTL freight is a popular delivery method in the industry since it is by far the most affordable way to move large items throughout the continental United States.
Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, and orders are sent and picked up Monday through Friday (barring bank holidays). Apparel now uses curbside delivery for LTL freight delivery as it is the most economical option for consumers.

04 Additional Costs & Fees Incurred

Unless otherwise specified at the time of checkout, Murder Apparel  has done all in its power to keep your shipping costs as low as possible when you place an order. You won’t get a liftgate service or the driver to help you unload your items unless it’s specifically mentioned on your purchase confirmation.

Here are some explanations as to why Apparel can require you to pay extra shipping costs prior to delivery:

  • If the customer has to alter the delivery address after an item has been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applied. The delivery address listed in your order confirmation email will get your order. If you need to modify your delivery address, get in touch with us right away and ask for an updated order confirmation email that includes the new address. The new delivery address’s location determines the resend price.
  • Ordered goods from the same manufacturer will be shipped in accordance with the wait time that is longest for those goods. Please let us know if you need a rapid ship product to arrive sooner; nevertheless, you might have to pay more for separate shipments.

06 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We make every effort to deliver your product in pristine condition. In the extremely unlikely scenario if a shipment is misplaced or harmed in transit, do get in touch with our customer service team right once. In order to fix the problem and set up a replacement or refund if necessary, we will collaborate with the delivery company.

  • To report anything damaged or lost during shipping, please take photos and send all supporting documentation to Email. For replacement of damaged or missing items, Apparel MUST have these images and papers as evidence of claim.
  • If a cargo is entirely wrecked, totally disorganized, and unaccountable, or if a significant product component that cannot be quickly replaced or transferred has been seriously damaged to the point of being hazardous or defective.

07 Refused Shipments

  • We make every effort to guarantee that your items arrive in flawless condition. Should your cargo arrive damaged—which is extremely unlikely—please accept delivery and get in touch with Apparel so we can help.
  • If you return an item, in whole or in part, without our consent, you will be responsible for the whole cost of delivery.
